Covid-19 Update

We have looked at the way we work and have made changes were we need to. Hopefully this should result in a better and safer working environment for us and your orders been despatched as soon as possible, only time will tell. We don’t think that we will ever operate as we did before so the new ways of working may take a little getting used to so please let us know if we have gone wrong.

This is a very upsetting time for all of us and we want to play our part in helping to stop this virus.

We have therefore taken the decision to slow all dispatches out from here. You will still be able to order on line and any new orders will be sent as soon as possible.

We have had to reduce the number of staff working in the production and despatch areas, they are taking all necessary steps of maintaining distance and hygiene routines.

In our support of the crisis we will be prioritising supply to the essential industries such as the NHS, Pharmaceutical and Food Production. If you are a regular customer, and have ongoing contracts to supply these sectors, we will endeavour to help in any way we can.

Most of the staff that can work from home are; so the telephone should still be answered, if not please email us your enquiry and we will do our best to get back to you.
